Motorola Moto G96

Motorola Moto G96 Price in Bangladesh

Genuine proof that premium design and smooth performance don't require a flagship budget, the Motorola Moto G96 packs an eco-leather finish, a 144Hz display, and an OIS-stabilized camera into an accessible mid-range package. In Bangladesh, it's currently priced around BDT 32,999 to 38,000 depending on the store and variant. For everyday users, students, and gamers who want a premium feel and reliable all-day performance without overspending, this phone hits the sweet spot.

Official vs Unofficial BD Market Price Comparison — Variant-wise

The Motorola Moto G96 is currently available in Bangladesh mainly through unofficial import channels, including at SMS Gadget. Here's how the unofficial market price looks across variants, based on live listings:

The 12GB variant has more limited availability compared to the 8GB versions, so stock and pricing can shift more between retailers. Always confirm the live price and RAM/storage availability on the product page before ordering.

Warranty and after-sales trade-off: With no official Motorola warranty in Bangladesh, the retailer you choose matters more than usual. Look for sellers who back their units with their own replacement guarantee and service warranty—SMS Gadget, for instance, covers its units with a 10-day replacement guarantee and 2 years of service warranty, giving you real protection even on an unofficial unit.

If raw everyday power output matters more to you than a slim, premium finish, it's worth comparing this against the Motorola G67 Power in Bangladesh, a stablemate in the G-series built around a bigger battery focus, for buyers who prioritize endurance above all else.

Motorola Moto G96 Specifications

Display

A 6.67" P-OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, peak brightness up to 1600 nits, and a 1080×2400 resolution, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. Scrolling and gaming feel exceptionally smooth, and visuals stay sharp and vivid for streaming.

Design & Build

An eco-leather back paired with a Gorilla Glass 5 front gives this phone a genuinely premium in-hand feel that's rare to find at this price. It also carries an IP68 water and dust resistance rating, keeping everyday rain and dust firmly out of the equation.

Color Variants

Available in Pantone Dresden Blue, Pantone Ashleigh Blue, Pantone Cattleya Orchid, and Pantone Greener Pastures.

Storage Options

8GB or 12GB RAM paired with 128GB or 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage.

Camera

A 50MP main camera with OIS paired with an 8MP ultra-wide camera (with autofocus for macro shots), plus a 32MP selfie camera up front. That combination delivers sharp, stable shots even without a tripod, and both cameras support 4K video recording, making it a solid pick for content creators.

Battery

A large 5500mAh battery genuinely delivers all-day-plus usage. Charging comes in at 33W TurboPower wired—it's worth being upfront that this is slower than some rivals in the segment, but the large battery capacity offsets it well in practice.

Chip

The Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 (4nm) chipset delivers smooth daily performance with capable gaming for the segment. It's worth being upfront that this is a slightly older chipset, which long-term buyers should factor into their decision.

Software

The phone ships with Android 15, with one major Android OS upgrade promised. Note that this model doesn't include NFC, so it's worth checking that against your needs before buying.
